MEP Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Dublin, GA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Operating knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems and installation methods
Knowledge and understanding of plumbing and mechanical codes.
Personal computer, tablet, and smart phone skills
Work with project management team to create and maintain project budget and schedule
Draft RFIs
Assist project management team in submittal creation
Assist with coordination and shop drawing review
Assist with change order pricing and material requisitions
Attend weekly internal progress meetings
Work with other departments to accomplish tasks and resolve situations
Create and maintain a culture of accountability
Resolve conflicts with respect and professionalism
Assist in project commissioning
Coordinate with subcontractors and field supervision to maintain project schedule

Required Experience

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret: Blueprints, Detail sheets, Sketches, Schematics
Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people
Always conduct themselves in a professional manner
Ability to travel, as needed, for projects.
Journeyman or master’s license is a plus but not required
Equivalent technical school or work experience
Knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems
Able to adapt successfully to changing conditions
Maintain a supportive coaching attitude
Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with other trades, subs, GCs, and internal departments
Criminal background check required for hire

SQL Server Database Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical MS SQL Server systems, ensuring the integrity, reliability, and recoverability of data for a wide variety of in-house developed applications and off-the-shelf software.

Oversees the safety of the job site and makes sure all toolbox talks are completed weekly. If there are any special safety concerns, makes owners and office aware of them.
The Cloud Architect will have a deep understanding of cloud computing, AWS products and services, and experience in designing and deploying architecture on the AWS platform.
The HR Administrative Assistant will serve as the HR support dedicated to housekeeping and organizing our team member records for the HR Staff; as well as perform administrative tasks and services to maintain effective and efficient operations of the HR Department.
