ERP Specialist

The ERP Support Specialist will manage and resolve ERP-related support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of data-related issues.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming ERP support tickets, prioritizing and resolving them efficiently to minimize disruption to business processes.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and execute data corrections and queries within a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
Collaborate closely with departments across the organization, clearly communicating solutions, timelines, and status updates.
Document solutions and maintain accurate records of issue resolutions to aid future problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
Identify recurring issues and suggest proactive solutions or improvements to minimize future occurrences.

Required Experience

Intermediate proficiency in SQL, particularly querying and manipulating data.
Experience supporting or interacting with ERP systems, ideally within environments using Microsoft SQL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interface effectively across multiple departments and user groups.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, with attention to detail.
The ability to manage shifting priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience with mixed-technology application environments (.NET, Angular, MS Access) is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with custom-built ERP systems or previous involvement in ERP upgrades/conversions is advantageous—especially in a manufacturing environment.
